Problem
Account opening is a long, form-heavy process, and customers drop off. A bank wanted to see whether a voice agent could guide them through it.
What I built
- A realtime voice agent on LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime that walks a new customer through account opening.
- A handoff to a human whenever the agent isn't confident, so it never guesses on a regulated step.
