Multi-agent workflows that moved a Visual Basic and Crystal Reports estate to Java 21 and JasperReports, guided by a GraphRAG code-intelligence platform.

### Problem

A large legacy estate (Visual Basic applications and Crystal Reports) needed to move to a modern Java stack, but nobody fully understood it and ad-hoc AI coding produced inconsistent results.

### What I built

- A spec-driven workflow with a custom code-transformation agent and a multimodal report-migration agent, plus a CI feedback loop that let agents correct themselves.
- A GraphRAG code-intelligence platform over more than 1M code nodes, so engineers and agents could query the estate.

### Outcome

- About 70% shorter modernization timeline, and 40% more efficient than unstructured AI coding.
- Code comprehension time down about 60%, with queries answered in under 1.5 seconds.
